Active Client Services
All service tiers provide access to our active client rates. Services fees will be automatically deducted from your retainer balance via the menu below as services are provided. Once your retainer has been utilized in full, you can choose to add retainer funds, "pay as you go" for services rendered each month, or take advantage of predictable monthly payments with our Equal Billing Plan. Unused retainer funds at the end of your service agreement remain available for use for the following calendar year.
Educational advocacy services are a significant investment for families, which is why NeuroGuides is committed to transparent pricing. Our most commonly utilized services are billed at a flat rate, because when a critical meeting runs long, climbing costs are the last thing you need to be worrying about.

Inactive and Non-Retainer Client Services
Services may be provided to new or previous clients without an active service package at NeuroGuides' discretion, pending consultant scheduling and availability. Non-retainer Client Services are billed at $175 per hour.
